Casual players will love
having yet another awesome Dragon card to add to their deck, and with an
ATK value of 2800 Vandalgyon is strong enough to wipeout nearly any
competition. Competitive duelists can expect to see him get plenty of
play as well. He fits well as an easy drop into Tournament winning decks
like CO Burn and Counter-Fairy. The card has a lot of deeper
applications though and there are several cards that let duelists build
decks around his awesome effect. Since Vandy is a LV 8 Monster you can
use Trade-In to dump him into the graveyard and Draw 2 cards. Once the
first one is in the grave you can then use popular counter-trap cards
like Solemn Judgment and Dark Bribe to special summon a second one and
bring the first one back from your graveyard to the field. With no
special summon restrictions you can even get him back with staple cards
like Call of the Haunted and Premature Burial. The possibilities are
